Look out, deathcore is now even in Australia.
Admitted, its getting silly now. How many more bands, hold on, let me stress that, HOW MANY MORE bands will keep writing and writing these songs? Seriously?
Well I don’t know, and you can call me crazy, but for some reason unbeknown to me, I keep listening to Infinite Death, over and over again. Call me simple, call me stupid, call me what you will, but something about the hideously childish, pukish artwork and the highly, highly predictable music found on this grisly little EP’s run time just will not remove itself from my stereo.
Maybe it’s the brevity that’s own its sound, maybe it’s the feverish vigour that infects each track, maybe it’s the hilariously cliché song titles (‘Whore to a Chainsaw’), whatever it is, it aint funny, and I aint playin no more because its tempting me to look at the Skull and Bones website and click ‘add to shopping basket.’
Oh, if you want to know what it sounds like, think Suicide Silence on their demo before they went into a real studio and discovered pro tools.
Finito.
