One of Heavy Metal’s finest guitar legends, Alexi Laiho (real name Markku Uula Aleksi Laiho) of Children of Bodom and Bodom After Midnight, has passed away at the end of 2020. He was 41 years old. The news of Laiho’s passing was confirmed by his Finnish management on Laiho’s official Facebook-page, also stating that Laiho had passed away at his home in Helsinki, Finland and that he had suffered from long-term health issues during the past years.
