The consistency of Everlasting Spew Records knows no bounds!  Imagine if you will putting Broken Hope, Monstrosity and Sinister in a blender.  Here is the thing though, you cannot add any lyrics.  Because they do not have any.  Now, this is a bit of a bold move here, but I think that these songs are solid as hell.   Okay, so the album intro is called “Foggy Dimension” which has that classic underground synth drone vibe to it.  Kind of in the vein of Gutted Bleed for Us to Live before transitioning into the opening track.

“Primeevil Ignorantia” with an incredibly catchy riff that immediately made me think of Sinister Diabolical Summoning era. It sounds like it could have come right off it.  One thing is for sure the guitar work is extremely chunky as this song is ripe with chugs and runs, blasts and harmonies and shred solos.  Quite the package of brutal tech death.  I also hear some Suffocation Despise the Sun influence towards the end of this one.   This is some pretty to the point death metal in that the songs ranges in length from ninety seconds to three minutes.  Excellent album flow.  Goes very quickly.

“Balordicus” opens with a slam section that transitions to an excellent groove and build into a blast, double kick thrash section.  “Incapacity” is my favorite track on Homo Homini Brutus.  It is a straightforward tune but has an absolute monster of a blast section. If you like throw back early to mid-nineties death metal than this should be appetizing. Giorgio Trombino does a fantastic job holding down the whole string section. Paul Bicipitus makes his presence felt with his hyper-aggressive blasting, driving double kick patterns and ability to also put some thrash sections in there.

The closing track “Bifolcus” has probably the best groove riff on the album which leads to a fantastic circle pit part following by some fretboard climbing that would make Vogg from Decapitated blush. Overall, this is an excellent debut effort that will be on my best of 2021 list regardless of if it has lyrics or not.   This one is a total banger, and I am excited to hear future releases from these insane Italian fetid creatures.
